Installation heights - Toilet paper dispensers

→ For able-bodied persons :
Paper outlet at a height between 90 cm and 1.30 metres for men, women, and children.




→ For persons with reduced mobility (PRM / WCH / WHU):
Paper outlet at a height between 90 cm and 1.30 metres and more than 40 cm from any corner.

According to the French Decree of April 20, 2017, Article 4 :
"Manual control devices made available to the public shall meet the following requirements:
- they are located more than 0.40 m from an internal corner of walls or any other obstacle to wheelchair approach;
- they are located at a height between 0.90 m and 1.30 m;
- they are identifiable and detectable."
