Recommended installation heights for toilet brushes holder

→ For able-bodied persons :
Bottom of the holder at a minimum height of 17 cm to facilitate floor cleaning. 
Placing the bottom of the holder at a height of 40 cm helps prevent MSDs (musculoskeletal disorders) for both users and cleaning staff.
The closer the holder is to the toilet bowl, the fewer water traces there will be on the floor during use.
If the layout allows, it is preferable to position it close to the flush actuator.



→ For persons with reduced mobility (PRM / WCH / WHU) :
Top of the handle at a height of 100 cm and more than 40 cm from a corner. 

According to the French Decree of April 20, 2017, Article 4 :
"Manual control devices made available to the public shall meet the following requirements :
- they are located more than 0.40 m from an internal corner of walls or any other obstacle to wheelchair approach;
- they are located at a height between 0.90 m and 1.30 m;
- they are identifiable and detectable."
